Order Dispatch

At FFox Coffee, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our products. All orders are dispatched 24 hours after they are placed. This time frame allows us to ensure that your coffee beans are ground to perfection and prepared specifically for your order.

 Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within the first 24 hours after placing it. Any cancellations made within this time frame will be fully refunded.

 Shipping Time

Normally, your shipment will arrive within 4-7 days.

 Post-Dispatch Policy

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. This policy is in place because each order is prepared specifically for you, and ground coffee cannot be reused. Additionally, as a food product, it is not eligible for return or resale.

 Limited Control Over Shipped Packages:

Please understand that once your order has been shipped, we have limited control over the package. If your order does not arrive within 10 days, please contact us at sales@ffoxcoffee.com. We will send a replacement or refund according to your preference. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.
