Cold brew coffee is a refreshing and smooth way to enjoy your favourite FFOX Coffee. Here's a step-by-step guide to making a perfect cold brew using FFOX Coffee.
Ingredients:
- 100gm of FFOX coffee in Cold Brew Grind
- 1 litre of filtered water
Equipment:
- A large pitcher
- A wooden spoon for stirring
- A fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter
- A second jar for straining
Instructions:
- Choose Your FFOX Coffee: Select your favourite FFOX Coffee variant. For a rich and smooth cold brew, FFOX Royale or FFOX Guchi are excellent choices due to their robust and complex flavours.
- Measure and Grind: Measure out 100gmof FFOX Coffee powder in Cold Brew Grind. Coarse grounds are essential to prevent over-extraction and bitterness in your cold brew.
- Combine Coffee and Water: In a large pitcher, combine the ground coffee with 1ltr of cold, filtered water. Stir the mixture gently with a wooden spoon to ensure all the coffee grounds are fully saturated.
- Steep: Cover the pitcher with a lid or plastic wrap. Let the coffee steep at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 12-16 hours.
- Strain: After steeping, strain the coffee mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter into a second jar. This will remove the coffee grounds and leave you with a smooth concentrate.
- Dilute and Serve: Cold brew concentrate is strong, so you can dilute it with water, milk, and your preferred dairy-free alternative or have it black. Serve over ice and enjoy!
- Store: Store any leftover cold brew concentrate in the refrigerator. It can be kept for up to a week.
