How to Brew the Perfect Aero Press Coffee with FFOX Coffee

Ingredients:

  1. 18gm/3.5tsp of FFOX Coffee in Aero Press Grind
  2. 200ml of water

Equipment:

  1. Aero Press & Filter
  2. Stirrer
  3. Timer

Instructions:

  1. Preparation: Boil water and let it cool to around 90-92°C. Measure 18 grams of FFOX coffee powder in Aero Press grind size
  2. Assemble the Aero Press: Insert the plunger about 1 cm into the main chamber, and place it upside down on a stable surface (inverted method).
  3. Add Coffee: Add the ground coffee to the AeroPress chamber.
  4. Add Water: At first add only 50 ml of hot water and stir well to make sure the coffee ground is wet. Then start the timer for about 20 seconds. After 20 seconds add the remaining 150ml (up to the number "4" mark).

  2. Steep: Let the coffee steep for about 90 seconds.
  3. Flip and Press: After the steeping time, carefully flip the AeroPress onto your mug. Apply gentle and steady pressure to the plunger, pressing the coffee through the filter.
  4. Serve: Remove the AeroPress and enjoy your freshly brewed FFOX coffee.
